yeah! german doesn't really have a gender-neutral pronoun, aside from es/ihm, so many people have made neopronouns to remedy this. the ones i choose to use are xier/xiem. here's how they work (examples from de.pronouns.page):
of course, if those are confusing at all, feel free to use either of the binary pronouns (sie/ihr and er/ihm) for me!
